The Trustees are seeking applications for a new Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of Nutrition Research Reviews (NRR), the Nutrition Society’s review journal. NRR offers a comprehensive overview of nutritional science today and has an Impact Factor of 4.5, and a CiteScore of 14.0 (2025).
In addition, to overseeing the progress of submitted manuscripts, the EiC is responsible for the strategic development of the journal. The EiC has responsibility for ensuring that, i) the journal is innovative and continues to attract the best nutrition research manuscripts and ii) the journal maintains its international profile. A significant component of work also involves dealing with any issues arising and liaising with, and managing, the Editorial Board.
The incoming EiC will work alongside the current EiC, Professor Christine Edwards, for 3 months to ensure a smooth transition before officially assuming the role.
