The Silver Medal has been awarded annually since 1991 by the Nutrition Society for scientific excellence in the field of nutrition.
The Society are pleased to annonce the judges have selected Dr J. Bernadette Moore from University of Leeds as the successful applicant. Dr J. Bernadette Moore has been awarded the 2018 Silver Medal award for her research entitled 'From Sugar to Liver Fat and Public Health: Systems Biology Driven Studies in Understanding Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Pathogenesis'.
Dr Moore will present her award winning lecture in July at the Summer Conference: Getting energy balance right at University of Leeds.
