Congratulations to Professor David S Sanders, Professor of Gastroenterology and a Consultant Gastroenterologist at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital & the University of Sheffield, for winning the 2017 Silver Medal for his research on the role of wheat in the modern diet.
Professor Sanders will present his award winning lecture entitled ‘Breaking bread’ during the Summer conference at King’s College London in July 2017.
