Group booking grant

The Nutrition Society is very pleased to announce a special grant scheme to provide financial support to members who wish to gather together in small groups to view the Nutrition Society Winter Conference 7-8 December 2021.

The aim of the grant scheme is to cover the costs of a modest room rental for the group and for refreshments.

The grant is available only to members who have made a group booking for the Society’s Winter Conference 2021 online, and is open to all Society members regardless of their location.

Only one member from a group booking may apply for the grant.

The grant comprises of two parts:

  • Room Hire: Up to £150 per day to cover the cost of hiring a suitable meeting room (if required)
  • Refreshments: £5 per member of the group booking for a half day meeting and £20 per member for a full day meeting.

Room hire and refreshments can be claimed for 1, 2 or 3 days to cover the duration of the Winter Conference 2021.

Once your registration is approved, you will be contacted for your bank details and payment will be processed within 7 days.
