Membership & Database Officer
A degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience within a membership‑focused environment.
Demonstrated experience using CRM or database systems to support membership operations, improve data accuracy, and generate meaningful insights.
Experience delivering high‑quality administrative and customer service support.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of spoken and written English.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to work independently, using initiative to take ownership of tasks and projects.
Comfortable working collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.
Confident engaging with individuals at all levels, including colleagues, Trustees, external partners, and members.
