Statement date: 17 March 2020

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the successful investment in robust IT and cloud-based solutions over the past few years, the majority of the Society’s staff will be working remotely and the continuity of the Society’s business will not be adversely impacted. This measure is to safeguard everyone connected with the Society and to comply with the Government advice to limit unnecessary travel and work from home where possible.

The situation will be reviewed regularly. Whilst there will be staff monitoring the office, the telephones will not be monitored during this time.
