Welcome to our first annual Impact Report, a summary of the major outcomes and impact made by the Society and its members, volunteers and staff throughout 2025. It was an extremely busy year, with the launch of our new, three-year, Strategic Plan setting out our four priority areas of expanding our reach and influence, promoting global scientific collaborations, informing policy, and building and engaging a sustainable global membership community.

Trustee Vacancy - The Academy of Nutrition Sciences

The Nutrition Society has two Trustee positions on the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Nutrition Sciences. Following the recent retirement by Professor Julie Lovegrove from the Board, a vacancy now exists, and the Society Trustees wish to call for volunteers to replace Julie. As the Academy is the umbrella body for BNF, AfN, BDA and The Nutrition Society, this Trustee role is considered to be a ‘senior’ appointment. The current Board composition can be found here …
