I am a personal trainer specialising in women’s health across the lifecycle. I provide science-based, evidence-informed nutritional guidance to support the health and quality of life of my clients. As a Fitness, Nutrition and Health student at Abertay University, I returned to education later in life with a focus on dispelling common nutrition myths and misconceptions that mislead the public.
