There are many individual, household and environmental factors that interact to influence our food choice. Understanding these factors and how they can be manipulated to drive better food choices is essential in order to improve population health. The main purpose of this conference is to provide an overview of the multiple factors that influence our food choices, including the role of the food environment, the food chain and drivers of food choice at the individual level. Speakers will provide a state-of-the-art perspective on what governs what we eat during this two and a half day conference.
