The International Committee on Food Microbiology and Hygiene
The International Committee on Food Microbiology and Hygiene is really happy to announce that FoodMicro2022 Conference is scheduled to be held in Athens on 28-31 August 2022.
As they advance with the preparation for their long-awaited conference, their aim is to bring to you a high-standard scientific event, whilst keeping as their first priority the health and wellbeing of participants in compliance with all health regulations and protocols. For that reason, the Organising Committee decided to hold the 2022 Conference, in a hybrid format.
The Scientific Committee, keeping up with all new trends and data in the Food Microbiology sector, has been working hard to prepare an attractive and high-standard Scientific Program.
Professor George John Nychas: 'I am confident that the aura of the Hellenic millennia – old intellectual heritage together with the Next Generation Challenges in Food Microbiology, will have a positive impact on the enthusiasm of the delegates’ participation and the productivity and success of the Conference. The opportunities to explore the rich heritage of our historic city, in which the foundations of the most cherished principles of our western civilisation were born 2500 years ago, are truly limitless.'
Therefore, the International Committee on Food Microbiology and Hygiene is looking forward to welcoming you all in Athens, in August 2022.
