Each chapter has been reviewed by members of the International Editorial Committee at the outline stage and following first and second drafts. Chapters are very light on references and very rich in non text elements such as bullet points, tables, figures and learning objectives.

The textbooks are aimed at honours level undergraduate nutrition students or masters students. They are also suitable for professionals in nutrition, dietetics, food science, medicine, physiology and other health sciences.

This website offers additional information to accompany each chapter of each textbook including further reading lists, references, websites, teaching aids and downloadable diagrams and figures from the textbooks.
